Summary of Position:
As an Apple Brand Ambassador (ABA), you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, visiting retailers and ultimately, increasing the sales of Apple products. The primary focus is to train the management and sale teams in the client’s products and assist in cultivating positive relationships to ensure brand loyalty. This position requires travel to retailers within a designated market. We need Apple savvy, Apple proficient, people-friendly individuals.

Our brand ambassadors conduct trainings in both formal, informal settings and special event settings. Applicants should be comfortable capturing and maintaining a room's attention; confidence is essential. This role expects ambassadors to visit 3-5 store locations per day. Relationship building with the customer is key to create Brand Champions who are loyal and are excited about recommending the client’s product to their network of people.

 

As an expert, customers will count on your assistance in setting up and personalizing their devices. Apart from trainings this role requires ambassadors to work independently.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable with Apple products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to travel within a designated sub-market
  • Must have strong time management skills
  • Must have a clean driving record; proof of automobile insurance is required
  • Must be flexible with scheduling
  • Must be able to work independently and not require constant supervision
  • Must be willing to be available retail hours (Mon - Fri, including holidays)
