Talent Acquisition Pre-Employment Onboarding Partner

Job Purpose: We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Talent Acquisition Pre-Employment Onboarding Partner (POP) to step into The Retail Outsource Companies rapidly expanding business. This role is waiting for someone with a passion for Talent Acquisition (TA). You are someone who understands the importance of candidate experience through the hiring process. This position will allow you to grow within the talent acquisition world and provide an amazing opportunity for professional development and career advancement in a high growth organization. 


(Intern Opportunity)

You will own the pre-employment process, which is critical to our day to day operations. The POP will be responsible for ensuring all background and drug testing results are completed and moved on throughout the process, working alongside our People Operations team, and communicating with our candidates.

  • Provide daily updates on all matters pertaining to pre-employment as well as other Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) duties.
  • Maintain files and documentation on candidates, schedule appointments and fill in as needed with other TA duties.
  • Effectively communicate with TA team, our clients, partners, and team members.
  • Work closely with the field on start dates, training and ensuring an amazing new hire experience.
  • Provide administrative management of all TA team needs, and support TA Leadership.
  • Assist in dispositioning candidates and all activities connected with our ATS (ICIMS).
  • Perform general office and administrative duties.
  • Support internal and external recruiters to coordinate candidate interviews (onsite, phone, and online) for high volume and corporate positions.
  • Assist with other recruiting projects as necessary.
  • Be part of a team that truly enjoy working together.
  • Be on point to respond to candidates’ questions regarding company benefits.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required on an ad-hoc basis by TA management.
  • Assist our TAC with any additional projects as needed.


This role requires best in class organizational and time management skills as well as a great personality and positive attitude.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting or HR environment.
  • Retail industry experience preferable..
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems - ICIMS is a plus.
  • A strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and all job boards.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 1+ years of experience in a coordination or outward-facing administrative position.
  • Enthusiasm and an understanding of the importance of People Operations.
  • Recognizes the importance of providing potential hires with a stellar candidate experience.
